Where: EE Gosforth (BT Customer Contact Centre, Gosforth Park Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8ET)
Part time: 20 or 25 hours per week
Salary:£13,379.73 rising to £13,698.13 after 8 months of being here, plus incentives and bonuses
Hourly rate:£12.82 per hour rising to £13.12 per hour at 8 months in role

Start date: February 2026

Set Shift Pattern:
  • Mon: 20 hrs (15:45-21:00) or 25 hrs (12:30-21:00)
  • Tues: 20 hrs (15:45-21:00) or 25 hrs (12:30-21:00)
  • Wed: 20 hrs (15:45-21:00) or 25 hrs (12:30-21:00)
  • Thur: Off
  • Fri: 20 hrs (15:45-21:00) or 25 hrs (12:30-21:00)
  • Sat: 20 hrs (15:45-21:00) or 25 hrs (12:30-21:00)
  • Sun: Off
