Job summary

EE Darlington is seeking a part-time sales advisor to join our Darlington team, handling customer calls and guiding them to the right EE products and services. Flexible 20, 25 or 30 hours per week, with a starting October 2026 start date, and a rising hourly rate after nine months.

You will be part of a fast-paced environment with training, support, and opportunities to grow, including a private healthcare option and an uncapped monthly commission scheme.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers over the phone to understand needs and match them with EE products and services.
• Deliver excellent service and support to customers, ensuring accurate information and efficient resolution of queries.
• Work with the sales team to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction.
