Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in the UK is seeking a certified nurse or paramedic to deliver healthcare in Police Custody Suites. You will provide patient‑facing care to detainees and support a region‑wide rota, with two years post‑qualification experience in clinical settings such as A&E, GP, Emergency Medicine or Prison Healthcare.

This part‑time role pays £20,750 per year with a £500 bonus after 12 months. Shifts run 06:45–19:00 days and 18:45–07:00 nights; overtime is paid.

Qualifications

• Must have two years post‑qualification experience in a patient-facing clinical setting.
• Experience in A&E, General Practice, Emergency Medicine, Acute Medicine, Prison Healthcare, or Ambulance Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare to detainees in custody suites.
• Provide high-quality care under pressure.
• Work as part of a regional team across the Police Custody Suites.
