Description

Join The Studio at Bath Spa University as a Creative Digital Learning Advisor and lead immersive technology initiatives that empower creative micro‑businesses and practitioners. This dynamic role blends course development, hands‑on workshops, and tech resource management to support the future of creative digital innovation. (This is a part time, 0.6, 12 month Fixed Term Contract that will be reviewed annually).

About the Role

You will lead immersive technologies to design and deliver engaging learning programmes for our Studio Residents and wider community. In this role, you’ll support micro‑businesses in exploring and applying emerging tech, collaborate with university teams and external partners to create aligned learning opportunities, and facilitate hands‑on workshops and events in immersive media. You’ll also manage our tech‑loan library and help users get the most out of a range of immersive tools.

Additional Information

Salary: Grade 6, starting from £20,370 rising to £22,616 per annum (pro rata of £33,951 to £37,694). The salary range shows the potential maximum pay progression in addition to any annual inflationary increase to your pay. Please note that our default position is to appoint into the lower end of the range, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

This is a part time 0.6 FTE role on a fixed term 12 month contract, that will be reviewed annually.
