Job summary

SignVideo is seeking a part-time Compliance Specialist to join the compliance team in the UK. You will support development and monitoring of compliance frameworks, drive audits, and advise on regulatory matters. The role emphasizes due diligence, data privacy, and ISO standards, with flexible Wed-Fri hours.

Collaborative cross-functional work and exposure to risk governance are key components, with a focus on continuous improvement and culture of compliance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a dedicated compliance role.
• Experience managing ISO 9001/14001/27001/18841 standards.
• Experience with GDPR and data privacy requirements.
• Auditor-facing responsibilities for ISO standards are desirable.
• Knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Strong written English and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence assessments on third parties and customers.
• Maintain and improve policies, procedures, and controls (information security, data privacy, QA, BC).
• Support audits (internal and external) and track findings.
• Provide guidance on compliance to cross-functional teams.
• Respond to compliance information requests timely.
• Keep up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive compliance records and documentation.
• Advise senior management on regulatory and risk matters.
