Building Recruitment Co Ltd is seeking a Female Community Outreach Worker to support women and children affected by domestic abuse in Bristol. You will provide emotional and practical support, conduct risk assessments, and deliver outreach sessions at community hubs and GP practices.

The role involves working with partner agencies, managing medium to low-risk cases, and helping women access housing, benefits and specialist services. Flexible hours with temp-to-perm opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable women, families or individuals with complex needs.
• Understanding of domestic abuse, safeguarding and risk assessment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience of multi-agency working.
• A compassionate, non-judgemental and empowering approach.

Responsabilités

Role Type: Temp to Perm Hours: Full and part-time opportunities available, 15 & 37.5hr Salary: £29,542 Location: Bristol

The Opportunity

We are recruiting Female Community Outreach Workers to support women and children affected by domestic abuse across Bristol. Working as part of an integrated domestic abuse service, you'll provide emotional and practical support to women living in the community, including those experiencing abuse and considering leaving an abusive relationship. You'll manage medium to low-risk cases, delivering outreach support at community hubs, schools and GP practices, helping women improve their safety, confidence and independence.

Key Responsibilities
