A supportive, multidisciplinary team environment is provided in a busy ward. The post is permanent and part-time, with a pro rata annual salary of £25,760 to £27,476.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily activities including personal care, feeding and hydration; monitor vital observations to support patient safety and comfort.
• Support Registered Nurses with clinical tasks and maintain ward organisation to ensure smooth workflow.
