Job summary

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time 0.5 WTE 8b Clinical or Forensic Psychologist to join the MHTR service across Lincolnshire. The role offers clinical leadership, supervision, and pathway development within a supportive, multidisciplinary team in Lincolnshire.

You will provide clinical oversight for the MHTR team, supervise colleagues, and maintain links with partner agencies while delivering specialist psychological interventions for offenders on community

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Psychology (BPS accredited).
• Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical or forensic psychology (or equivalent).
• Registered with HCPC as Practitioner Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of the MHTR team.
• Lead the team as Clinical Lead, with opportunities for leadership and pathway development.
• Engage with partner agencies and supervise the MDT in formulations and interventions.
