Job description

Job Title: Client Care Advisor

Location: Eastcott, Bath Road

Job Type: Permanent, part-time

Salary: £25,646.40 pro‑rate to £19,234.80 per annum

Hours: 30 hours, Monday - Friday 08:15 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 19:15

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our reception team to provide an excellent service to our clients and visitors. Our receptionists should create the image and the first impression of our business, remaining calm, courteous and professional at all times.

This role will be primarily based at our Bath Road site; however, there may be a requirement to be based at referral sites.

Roles and responsibilities:
  • Greet owners and their animals on arrival to the clinic
  • Answer the telephone promptly and professionally
  • Arrange appointments
  • Clerical duties related to animal patient care and treatment
  • Maintain a welcoming environment throughout the clinic by carrying out cleaning duties and updating displays
  • Promote services and products
  • Co‑ordinate and ensure a smooth client and pet flow within the practice from the waiting room to payment processing
  • Processing payments
  • Miscellaneous administration tasks (i.e. filing, banking, online registrations, liaising with external companies)
