Job summary

West Suffolk College is recruiting an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to support the Group Cleaning Manager in delivering a high-quality cleaning service across the college. You will supervise the cleaning team, allocate workloads, and ensure hygiene, safety and service standards are consistently maintained.

You will conduct regular inspections, oversee waste disposal, stock levels and the safe use of cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning management or a related field.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, products and hygiene standards.
• Ability to supervise a team and coordinate workloads effectively.
• Commitment to health and safety requirements and COSHH procedures.
