Cleaning Supervisor – Portsmouth Magistrates Court

Equans is looking for a Part‑time Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Portsmouth Magistrates Court, PO1 2DQ on a permanent basis working 23.5 hours per week.

Salary: £15,152.80 per annum plus benefits package.

Shift Pattern

MON – THUR 14:00 – 18:45
FRI 14:15 – 18:45

What you’ll deliver

• Lead the cleaning teams for the HMCTS site and ensure standards meet contractual obligations.
• Support self‑auditing and maintain cleaning standards.
• Manage stock ordering and toolbox talks.
• Motivate the cleaning team to maximise potential.
• Organise cover for sickness/annual leave.

• Create a positive working environment that encourages development.
• Lead by example, act as a hands‑on trainer and maintain cleaning methodologies.
