Job summary

Mitie Group plc is seeking a Cleaning Operative/Facilities Support on a permanent, part-time basis. The role is 15 hours per week, based at NPL, 3010-3020 The Crescent, Solihull Parkway, Birmingham, West Midlands, England B37 7YE.

Shifts are Monday to Friday from 1:00pm to 4:20pm (20 minutes unpaid break). You will ensure equipment is kept clean and safe, follow Health and Safety requirements, and complete all required training.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep cleaning equipment and premises clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and complete required training for the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and also use own initiative as needed.
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent service while seeking improvements.
