Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Operative in Sutton Coldfield with a Monday–Friday shift from 09:00 to 14:30. You will help keep workspaces safe and clean, tidying areas, cleaning floors and communal spaces, and supporting customers if required during day or night cleaning in open spaces.

Your role involves hands-on tasks, standing for periods, and using the Timegate Time and Attendance system to clock in and out on site; some duties may require you to record cleaning entries via the

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Right to Work in the UK is required.
• Willingness to learn and train in cleaning tasks.
• Comfort with manual, standing tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Tidying work areas, cleaning floors and communal spaces.
• Hands-on cleaning tasks with standing for periods; vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bins.
• Assist customers in open spaces and respond to cleaning-related queries.
• Complete Health & Safety records and attend training as needed.
