Onward Homes is seeking a Cleaning Operative for our Ennis Court site in Liverpool. The role covers cleaning communal areas and schemes, with hours 9am–2pm, 2.5 hours/day, Monday to Friday, and some out-of-hours work occasionally. A full UK driving licence is required.

You will maintain high cleanliness standards, follow COSHH and hygiene procedures, and contribute to a safe living environment for residents. Onward Homes offers pension, benefits, and progression opportunities.

Competenze

• Experience delivering cleaning services to a variety of customers.
• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team, acting on instruction as required.
• Able to use different cleaning methods and equipment, e.g. mopping, dusting, wiping, buffing.
• Able to follow procedures to meet high standards and prioritise tasks.
• Willing to cover and work in various areas as required.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to provide performance data of operations.

Mansioni

• General cleaning duties at locations including sheltered/supported living schemes, blocks of flats and communal areas.
• Carry out ad hoc cleaning tasks and record work using internal software.
• Remove discarded syringes and report hazards when trained.
• Order and restock cleaning supplies and sundries.
