Job summary

Mitie is seeking a part-time Cleaner to deliver high standards of service at Boots, Summer Lane, Weston-super-Mare. The role pays £12.71 per hour and is permanent with total weekly hours of 12, Monday to Saturday from 6:30 AM onwards.

You will follow cleaning schedules, meet SLAs, and uphold safety guidelines while ensuring equipment and areas are well maintained. Successful candidates will communicate in basic English, adapt flexibly, and work well both in a team and independently to provide

Qualifications

• Basic English communication skills are required.
• Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work is expected.
• Open, honest, self-driven and determined attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
