Job summary

Atlas FM recruits a Cleaning operative for client sites in Reading. On-site role with shifts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 08:30 to 10:00, paying £12.71 per hour.

Atlas offers training, on-the-job guidance and a supportive, award-winning team to help you succeed. You will learn the cleaning specification, operate equipment after training, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• All applicants should have a basic level of spoken English.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Willingness to learn and follow cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• On-site cleaning at the client’s premises to a high standard.
• Deliver the cleaning specification and use site equipment after training.
• Replenish consumables and manage waste and recycling appropriately.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work as part of a team to meet client expectations.
• Provide friendly customer care and liaise with supervision as needed.
