Job summary

Compass Group UK&I's ESS division is seeking a part-time Cleaner to support our cleaning and facilities teams contracted to 17.5 hours per week and 50.2 weeks per year. You will help maintain safe, hygienic environments for a range of clients and customers across defence and government sites.

The role suits a committed cleaner with a hands-on approach; cleaning experience is helpful but not essential. The shift pattern includes mornings, fostering reliable coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is preferred but not essential.
• Must be flexible and able to work mornings as described.
• Able to work as part of a defence/government facilities cleaning team.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard.
• Sanitising surface areas, floors, windows and touchpoints regularly.
• Mop up spillages promptly and dispose of bin waste.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintain safe and hygienic environments for clients and customers.
