Job summary

Priory Hospital Hayes is seeking a Cleaner to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis with zero hours. Shifts typically run between 7am–5pm, across all wards, with a bank staffing arrangement.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. We value a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and within a team to maintain high cleaning standards.

Qualifications

• Good English and basic numeracy/literacy skills.
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform active duties throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across the site.
• Following cleaning schedules and Priory standards.
• Using cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or hazards.
• Working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service.
• Supporting colleagues where required.
