Job summary

Compass Group UK&I in the Defence, Government, and Energy services sector is recruiting a part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams. The role is contracted to 20 hours per week and 5 out of 7 days, with 49.2 weeks per year.

You will help ensure hygienic environments for clients and customers across UK establishments. The ideal candidate will bring organisational skills, a hands-on approach, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on role mindset.
• Cleaning experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Flexible approach to working.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for clients and customers.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop, and vacuum designated areas to high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping up spillages quickly.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
