Job summary

Kenect Recruitment is seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the Northampton/Kettering area. The role supports a safe, clean, and welcoming environment and requires punctual attendance.

Hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 06:00 to 07:45, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour. This is an on-site position with potential for additional deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all areas, including floors and toilets.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Clean glass surfaces such as windows and mirrors.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used and stored safely.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Respond promptly to spillages or cleaning emergencies.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as scheduled.
