Job summary

Compass Group UK is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our defence-focused cleaning and facilities teams, contracted to 25 hours per week in Market Drayton. You will help deliver excellent client experiences and maintain hygienic environments across sites.

The role suits someone with a flexible, hands-on approach and an eye for detail; prior cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential. Relief coverage patterns apply as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar cleaning role is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Working with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer.
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Performing additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently.
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste.
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies.
