Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Kings Lynn is hiring a Cleaner to deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and following cleaning schedules. This permanent, part-time role offers 12 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, with a shift pattern 07:00–09:00 Mon–Sat and work at Hardwick Retail Park, Boots, Hardwick Road, Kings Lynn.

You will maintain equipment, follow safety requirements, and work both in a team and independently provide top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
