Job summary

Chartwells Independent is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams. This role is contracted to 25 hours per week across 39.6 weeks per year, with Monday to Friday mornings shifts.

You will help deliver bright experiences for our clients and customers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a hands-on approach and flexibility to adapt to varied duties, including general cleaning tasks and replenishing supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or similar role preferred.
• Brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to working.
• Hands-on, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.
