Job summary

Browns Bath, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to warmly welcome guests and provide excellent service in our restaurant, while supporting and training from the team. You may help out in the kitchen and on the bar as needed.

Join Browns Brasserie and Bar for classically British food and service, from leisurely brunches to celebrations; you’ll be at the center of the action and play a key role in a friendly, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house service experience or equivalent is desirable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Flexible shifts and reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and look after our guests ensuring they can't wait to come back.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Support the kitchen preparing, cooking and presenting food.
