Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC in Inverness is seeking a part-time Chef at the Snow Goose, part of Vintage Inns. You will master the menu, prepare before service, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards while working in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef or equivalent in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to prepare ingredients and cook to standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety in line with regulations.
