Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Part Time Chef de Partie at the Mossbrook in Eckington. You will run a kitchen section, mentor the team, and ensure service readiness while upholding brand standards and menu knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in running a kitchen section.
• Ability to mentor/coach kitchen staff.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards.

• Run a section and support service flow.
• Prepare everything needed before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety to the highest standards.
