Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in the United Kingdom is recruiting a part-time Chef for Inn By The Sea and Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery venues. You’ll master our menu and provide guests with meals they will remember, working in a collaborative kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in casual dining or similar work environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends.
• Solid knowledge of safe food handling and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Cook meals to the menu specifications and brand standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
