Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, owner of Vintage Inns and Red Lion pubs, is seeking a part‑time chef. You will master the menu, cook high‑quality dishes and work as part of a tight-knit team in a welcoming pub setting.

This role focuses on getting service right, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and learning the menu inside out. The company offers flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, a pension, and opportunities for progression.
