Job summary

Park View is hiring a part-time Chef to master our menu and deliver dishes guests will praise, within Mitchells & Butlers’ Castle Pubs family in Brighton. You’ll enjoy working in a team and take pride in food served to the highest standard.

You'll prepare ahead of service, cook to the menu, and maintain cleanliness and safety, while benefiting from flexible shifts, staff discounts, and opportunities to grow with paid qualifications in a supportive team.

As a part time Chef atthe Park View, you will master our menu, with your food being the reason guests keep coming through our doors! You’ll enjoy working in a team, serving up food to be proud of.
