Job summary

Saltdean Tavern in Brighton is seeking a part-time Chef to master our menu and contribute to a kitchen team that delivers meals guests are proud of. You’ll enjoy working with others and have the opportunity to grow with the brand as you learn the menu inside out.

The role offers flexible shifts, a focus on teamwork, and a route to progression within Mitchells & Butlers’ brand family. Compensation is competitive for part-time chef work.

• Experience as a chef in a busy kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and adhere to hygiene standards.
