Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams.
• Oversee efficiency of all in-unit catering operations.
• Communicate regularly with line manager on KPIs.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain brand image.
• Identify opportunities for new food concepts.
• Liaise between customers and culinary teams.
• Support and train teams to excel in their roles.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards.
