Job summary

Stewton House Care Home is hiring a Carer to join our dedicated team. This part-time role offers 19.5–34.5 hours per week on a rota, with day shifts 7:30 am to 8:00 pm, weekends and bank holidays involved.

You will provide high-quality personal care, support daily living activities, and help residents maintain dignity and independence. We offer a structured induction, mandatory training, regular supervision, and opportunities to gain nationally recognised qualifications including the Care

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence.
• Support residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing and mobility.
• Assist with mealtimes and encourage nutrition and hydration.
• Promote residents' wellbeing through meaningful activities and companionship.
• Communicate effectively with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding care in a safe environment.
