Your Life Your Way in Kent is seeking a Care Support Assistant to provide person-centred support to a client, including personal care, meal preparation and companionship. Full training is provided, and you will join a friendly, dedicated team committed to high quality care.

The part-time role covers 24 hours per week with day and evening shifts on a two week rolling rota. DBS checks and UK work rights are required, with induction and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• Caring and empathetic nature.
• Good communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence is advantageous.
• Previous experience welcome but not essential — full training provided.
• Basic IT and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet client’s complex health needs including personal care.
• Encourage independence in daily routines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with household tasks and meal preparation.
• Support clients to attend appointments and community activities.
• Administer medication when required.
