Curaa in Wooburn Green, United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Engineer on a part-time basis (2 to 3 days per week). You will carry out repairs, preventive maintenance and tests across home systems, ensuring safety and compliance while supporting the care home's daily operations.

Responsabilités

• Fix minor repairs and complete audits in a timely manner.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Perform tests and checks weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Maintain the home and carry out planned maintenance (painting, plumbing, refurbishments).
• Maintain surrounding grounds and ensure pathways are safe and clear.
• Ensure lighting and signs are in good shape and visible.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure health and safety compliance.
• Create and follow budgets.
• Identify and report maintenance defects.
• Ensure operability of heating, lighting, plumbing and non-medical equipment.
