• Engage with residents and their families, acting as an advocate for Orchard Care Homes.
• Follow guidelines for chemical storage, Health & Safety, COSHH, Fire safety, and Infection Prevention and Control.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all areas of the Care Home are cleaned to a high standard per guidelines and meet residents' needs.
• Respect privacy and confidentiality of residents and families.
• Ensure equipment is safe and report faults to Home Management.
• Check supplies and inform manager of shortages.
• Spot clean spills and use initiative to maintain cleanliness.
• Be an active team member, attend meetings and training.
