Part Time Call Centre Representative

(£25k OTE for 25 hours per week)

Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm

We're looking for a confident, motivated, and customer‑focused Part Time Call Centre Representative to join our client's team on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in generating high‑quality appointments for Sales Advisers and building strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.

What You'll Do:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified appointments.
  • Follow up on leads from various sources including online enquiries, coupon responses, and our lead database.
  • Maximise appointment conversion rates through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
  • Accurately log information into our CRM and ensure brochures and materials are sent promptly.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Call Centre Manager.

Skills & Experience
  • Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and handle objections confidently.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or sales environment is desirable.
  • Competent in using CRM systems and accurate data entry.
