A leading home improvement company in the UK is seeking a part-time Call Centre Advisor. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, guiding them through product ranges, and securing appointments for the sales team. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and be self-motivated. We’re looking for people to work part time or weekends who can have great conversations over the phone and on-line. Whether you have previous sales experience or are brand new to the sector, we will provide the necessary training to ensure you succeed.
This isn’t cold calling; these are all conversations with current or interested parties, and your role as a Call Centre Advisor is to turn those conversations into leads for our sales team.
The ideal candidate will be focused, like working to targets, have strong communication skills and a fabulous telephone manner.
