Job summary

Booker Group in Greenock is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to work 20 hours per week across 4 days. This permanent role is in a fast-paced wholesale/retail environment and requires the ability to work any 4 days from Monday to Sunday.

You must be 18 or over and ready to provide excellent service. Join a busy team delivering fast service, accurate picking for deliveries, and a friendly checkout experience for customers at Ingleston Park.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience within the Wholesale or Retail environment.
• A can-do attitude and passion for customer service.
• Be willing to go the extra mile and always be on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service at tills and assist customers efficiently.
• Keep shelves stocked and ensure product availability.
• Assist with deliveries and accurate picking when required.
