Overview

*This is a Part Time position.

We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

Hours and Age

We are a 5/7 day operation. Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 14:00-18:00 and Sat 09:00-13:00. We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over. Some roles require being over 18 for working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or for certain areas (e.g., warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, driving).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivering customer service that meets customer needs, including quick engagement with customers and accurate assistance.
• Support through-the-till speed of service and help keep shelves stocked and customers served efficiently.
• Assist with customer needs, including potential deliveries and accurate picking of items.

• Ideally experience within the Wholesale or Retail environment.
