Job summary

Booker is hiring for a part-time role in a fast-paced retail environment in Stoke-on-Trent. You will be part of a dynamic team, delivering excellent customer service and going the extra mile for shoppers.

The role operates 5/7 days with times to be confirmed on site. You must be aged 17 or over and ready to work in a busy warehouse/retail setting, keeping shelves full and assisting customers at the tills. Training and development opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or wholesale preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a friendly, efficient service to ensure quick and accurate purchases.
• Keep shelves stocked and tidy to aid fast service at the tills.
• Process deliveries and pick items for orders as required.

You will be responsible for

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.

You will need

• Ideally experience within the Wholesale or Retail environment


• A can do attitude


• A passion for customer service


• Be willing to go the extra mile


• Always be there, on time and properly presented.
