Job summary

Booker Group is recruiting for a part-time role focused on customer service and helping with loading deliveries for drivers. You will be part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The role may include duties such as supporting delivery drivers with loading their vehicles and ensuring timely road transport. We operate across 5/7 days with varied opening times and require applicants aged 17 or over.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years or older.
• Experience in wholesale or retail is preferred.
• Flexible to work 5/7 days including early mornings and late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist loading delivery vehicles and prepare loads for the road.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep customers at the heart of service by efficiently handling tills and in-store tasks.

*This is a Part Time position.*

We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

This role may include duties such as supporting the delivery drivers with loading their vehicles and get them on the road in a timely manner.

We are 5/7 day operation, (check our website for specific opening times.)

We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.
