Job summary

Booker in Barnsley is seeking a part-time customer service associate to join our fast-paced team. You will help customers find what they need, keep shelves stocked, and ensure speedy till service while staying professional and punctual.

The role requires a can-do attitude, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to go the extra mile in a 5/7 operation environment. Applicants must be aged 17+ and available for varied shifts.

About the role*

This is a Part Time position. We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same. We are 5/7 day operation, (check our website for specific opening times.) We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over

Main Responsibilities

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.
