Location: Central London

Salary: £20 - £27 per hour depending on experience

Is this the role for you: An extremely successful Global Membership organisation is hiring a Temporary Part-Time Bookkeeper to assist their Interim Financial Controller for two - three days per week for a period of 2 months starting from 5 January 2026.

What you will do:
  • Preparing monthly bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.
  • Setting up payments, transfers and payment runs using the online banking systems.
  • Processing purchase invoices to send to the budget holders for approval.
  • Process online Sales Ledger Receipts.
  • Credit control.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Software proficiency: The ability to use accounting software, and general office programs like Excel for data entry, analysis, and creating reports.
  • Data entry: The ability to accurately and efficiently enter financial data.
  • Problem-solving: The capacity to identify and correct errors.
