Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Ability to work under pressure and under busy conditions.
• Hands-on experience with beverage preparation and brewing equipment.
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and serve high-quality food to delight customers.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked.
• Process cash and card payments efficiently.
• Communicate effectively as part of a team.
• Maintain stock of mugs, plates and related items.
• Learn brewing methods, blends and presentation techniques.
• Ensure equipment operates correctly and report maintenance needs.
• Represent a major High Street brand and uphold brand image.
