Job summary

Alma-Inn in Upham is hiring Bar Staff to bring personality and warmth to our guests. No experience needed—the role includes full training and a friendly team atmosphere across our Stonehouse Pizza & Carvery sites. We offer flexible shifts, staff discounts across brands, pension and holiday entitlement, plus access to Wagestream.

You’ll greet guests, serve drinks and help create a welcoming bar environment. You must be at least 18 to handle alcohol, and you’ll be part of Mitchells & Butlers’ team

• Energetic, personable, and reliable.

As Bar Staff at the Alma Inn, you will bring your personality and passion to keep our guests coming back time and time again.

There is no experience needed - We will provide you with all of the knowledge and training you need to succeed in this role. We believe the right kind of personality is key to working for us and are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our bar team.

Please note you must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role as it involves the sale of alcohol.
