Mitchells & Butlers PLC, operating Miller & Carter in Hinckley, is seeking energetic Bar Staff to deliver warm hospitality and memorable guest experiences. You’ll be welcomed into a supportive team, with full training provided and opportunities to grow within a busy pub-restaurant environment.

The role requires 18+ to handle alcohol, and offers a friendly, team-focused workplace with flexible shifts and training to help you thrive in bar service.

As Bar Staff at Miller & Carter - Hinckley, you will bring your personality and passion to keep our guests coming back time and time again.

There is no experience needed - We will provide you with all of the knowledge and training you need to succeed in this role. We believe the right kind of personality is key to working for us and are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our bar team.

Please note you must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role as it involves the sale of alcohol.
