Mitchells & Butlers PLC's O'Neill's in High Wycombe is hiring part-time bar staff to greet guests, pour and serve drinks, and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

You'll join a team that values flexibility with shifts, staff discounts across brands, Wagestream access to earned pay, and holiday entitlement. Candidates must be 18+ with a passion for customer service and safe, friendly bar operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
• Experience in bar service or guest-facing roles is welcome.
