Job summary

Concept Resources are seeking an experienced Cleaning Operative to work at a high street bank in Galashiels. This is a part-time, temporary-to-permanent role with ASAP start and a 5-hour weekly commitment.

Working hours are structured across Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. Applicants should be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently, with basic DBS and Right to Work documentation required.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Basic DBS check required (no credit check).
• Valid Right to Work documentation.
• Comfortable working alone and potentially acting as a key holder.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Ability to follow cleaning and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of banking premises, including offices and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Dusting and wiping down surfaces.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Cleaning toilets, kitchens and staff facilities.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
