Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Band 7 Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join the Epsom Integrated Neighbourhood Team. The role involves high-quality psychological assessment, formulation, intervention and consultation for people with complex mental health needs.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing specialist psychological leadership, teaching and supervision of assistant psychologists, and contributing to service development,

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology or equivalent.
• HCPC registration.
• Experience across the life span with a range of mental health issues and cognitive profiles.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist psychological assessment and intervention for people with complex needs.
• Promote person-centred and trauma-informed care with personalised care plans.
• Manage risk and support integrated care across community pathways.
• Provide psychological leadership within neighbourhood teams including supervision of assistants.
• Drive service improvement, audit, research and care pathway development.

Education
