Job summary

The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP) is seeking an hourly paid lecturer to join the School of Audio & Music Production across its London, Liverpool, Glasgow & Leeds campuses. You will bring current industry knowledge to inspire students and deliver sessions across undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

We seek specialists in acoustics, audio engineering, mixing, mastering and related fields with strong communication skills and a credible professional profile.

Qualifications

• Current industry knowledge in specialist area and ability to engage students across undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Experience in professional studios, commercial production, live performance or related media industries.
• Experience of teaching in further or higher education is desirable; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Support student development by giving feedback and guidance on creative and technical projects.
• Contribute to assessment, curriculum development, and course delivery in line with industry practices.
